From an old tradition in Italy, Smoked Salmon is a Christmas delicacy that comes this year in two varieties at Obicà for our December special. 

The Wild Scottish Salmon available in the UK and the Wild Pacific Salmon in Italy and US. With an intense flavor and deep red color, this salmon is also the lightest in term of fat and with lots of antioxidant to purify our body.

The Wild Salmon comes only from sustainable fishing, that fully respects the environment and the species.

Thanks to angling, a fishing method which avoids the damages usually caused on the seabed by trawling, resulting in the destruction of the ecosystem.

At the same time, the fishermen are bound by the limitations established each year by the governments of Alaska, Canada and Scotland, without overexploitation of the species, that would shortly lead to the depletion of marine resources and the risk of extinction. Its the perfect eco friendly, healthy product.
