The Taste of Winter: welcome to our New Menu!

Our Winter Menu is available from Wednesday October 30th, with lots of new flavours paired in delicious recipies to enjoy at your favourite Obicà.

If you think about Winter what comes to your mind?

The scent of a freshly-baked pumpkin, the strong flavour of Porcini Mushrooms, a still steaming soup, a board of Salumi to enjoy paired with a good glass of Italian red wine. This is the taste of Winter to discover in our New Menu: a selection of seasonal excellences to give you new amazing memories about Winter.

Our Winter Menu is available from Wednesday October 30th at our restaurants in Italy and London, from October 31st at Obicà Flatiron and from November 11th at Obicà Madison: a completely renewed menu with lots of new flavours combined in delicious recipes.

Baked Pumpkin and Apples, paired with Quinoa, Toasted Almonds and Baby Spinach are the protagonists of this Zucca e Mele al Forno small plate, perfect for your “Food to share” moments with friends and colleagues.

We renewed our selection of Caldi from the Mozzarella Bar too, with original combinations such as Crocchette di Casatiello with Taleggio Fondue, Pumpkin and Thyme.

Among the Pizza, in London you can enjoy our Pizza Cotto di Gioia, made with the Maiale Tranquillo, a typical breed of pig raised with natural methods in the Lombardy countryside, that can reach 300 kg of weight.

While in New York City our Pizza Capocollo definitely deserves a taste, with Mozzarella di Bufala, Tomato Confit and Broccoli Rabe.

Like every change of season, the Soups come back to our menu, to warm you up during the coldest days. The Crema di Zucca e Carote, our Pumpkin and Carrot Soup with Caprino cheese and Herb Infused Oil, will amaze you with its sweet and delicate flavour.

The seasonal ingredients also enrich our selection of Salads for Winter. Our suggestion? The Blu di Bufala e Pere, with Blu di Bufala cheese, Pears, Red Endive, Lamb's Lettuce, Walnuts, Green Beans and Grapes: the perfect choice for a light and genuine break.

While for Pasta lovers, we created many new recipes to discover day by day, such as the Tortino di Riso with Pioppini and Porcini Mushrooms and Taleggio Fondue and the unmissable Casarecce from Gragnano IGP with Pumpkin, Bacon, Smoked Burrata and Thyme.

And to give a sweet touch to your Winter, we offer you tasty new desserts like the Panna Cotta all’Amarena, with Black Cherry and Almond Crumble: a mix of scents and flavours you will certainly fall in love with.
