Winter Delights: our new menu is here!

The journey showcasing the new Obicà seasonal specialties starts on Wednesday, October 22nd, in every Obicà restaurant in Italy, and on Wednesday, October 29th, also in London and Giverny.

The first sweater, the first “let’s sit inside this time” moments at the restaurant, the first days when the sun hides away — the cold season brings a touch of nostalgia for carefree seaside walks, but also many new beginnings, exciting life projects, and, of course, a host of new flavours.

These are the true stars of Winter Delights, our new menu available from Wednesday, October 22nd, in every Obicà restaurant in Italy, and from Wednesday, October 29th, also in London and Giverny.

A journey through the extraordinary ingredients that Italy offers in this delicious season — combined in essential, surprising, and ambitious recipes that tell our story and that of the Bel Paese.

A triumph of seasonality, freshness, and vibrant colours — this dish embodies Obicà’s versatility, featuring Baby Spinach, Pumpkin, Beetroot, Toasted Almonds, Purple Carrots, Avocado, and Lemon Dressing.
