Here at Obicà, in September we rediscover a pleasant tradition: the delicious Prosciutto Crudo and Figs.  


This pairing comes in two different versions: in our restaurants in London and Italy you can enjoy the Prosciutto di Suino Nero dei Nebrodi, a rare and fine Black Pig Ham from Sicily; while in New York City we offer the Prosciutto Crudo di Parma DOP, one of the most iconic Italian products with a unique flavour.

Both paired with the freshness of seasonal Figs: intense aroma and sweetness, strong taste and pleasant scent are matched together to accompany your experience at Obicà.

The pairing of Prosciutto Crudo and Figs is enriched with the queen of our food offer, the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP: a tasteful combination that it’s worth a try.

For those who still want to taste a bit of Summer, we suggest to try our fresh and colorful Salad, where Figs and Prosciutto Crudo are paired with Mixed Salad, Rocket, Datterini Tomatoes, Celery and a delicate Burrata.
