It is from these intersections that Cities was born, our new signature Cocktail List created by our mixologist Luca Scrimenti, available from Wednesday, May 13th at Obicà Duomo and Obicà Cusani in Milan, Obicà Torino, Obicà Firenze and Obicà Parlamento in Rome.
A collection of seven cocktails that captures the true spirit of Obicà: a deeply Italian soul that has always been in dialogue with the world.

L’Italiano is the manifesto cocktail of the collection: a tribute to the Italian aperitivo, where Aperol infused with Wild Strawberries and Red Berries meets Rue Berry Cordial and Brut Sparkling Wine, enhanced by a Lemon Peel Medallion that brings out all its Mediterranean freshness and elegance.

London tells the story of the British capital through a refined balance of the fruity notes of Raspberry-infused London Dry Gin, the delicate spice of Penja White Pepper Cordial and the citrus freshness of Lime, evoking the sophisticated atmosphere of Soho’s hidden cocktail bars.
Delicate, poetic, suspended in time.
Inspired by French Impressionist gardens, Giverny combines the softness of Demi-Sec Cider with the floral notes of St-Germain and Crème de Cassis, completed by the freshness of Soda and a Dehydrated Apple that adds elegance and lightness to the sip.
Chaotic, cinematic, irreverent.
Our New York blends the intense character of Bourbon with the enveloping notes of Palo Santo Cordial and Popcorn Syrup, completed with Lime, Velvet Foam and Caramelised Popcorn to tell the story of a city that always lives larger than life.
Bright, futuristic, essential.
Tokyo combines the soft notes of Umeshu with the balsamic hints of Eucalyptus and Mint Liqueur, while Ginger Beer and Lime add energy and freshness to a cocktail that recalls all the electricity of Japanese nights.
