Every season has its own colours, its own atmosphere and its little rituals.
But above all, its own flavours.
With the new Winter Menu, Obicà unveils a new collection of culinary portraits, where exceptional ingredients, traditional recipes and contemporary combinations reveal the many shades of Italian cuisine.
A journey into the new season, beginning on Wednesday, October 21st in Italy, on October 28th at Obicà Canary Wharf and 29th in Giverny, through regions, memories and fresh inspiration, with everything that has always defined us at its heart: the quality of our ingredients and the pleasure of coming together around the table.
Because the seasons may change, but the pleasure of savouring them never does.
