Chef Alessandro Borghese, Obicà Creative Chef, elaborated innovative and original recipes with high-quality ingredients to exalt food and wine at its best: four dishes with surprising combinations of flavours will deliver a unique dining experience, accompanied by a VIP sommelier’s pairing.
