This month we take you to Tuscany and discover the Chianina Beef Meatballs: a recipe of the local tradition handed down by the family of Simone Fracassi, since 1927 butchers in Rassina, a village in the province of Arezzo.
Heir of a 90-year business, Simone Fracassi is now recognized worldwide as the ambassador of Chianina IGP, a fine beef breed with the lowest level of cholesterol and the highest digestibility.
Chianina is the base of the Tuscan meatballs, made according to the recipe of Simone's mother.
