In our restaurants in Los Angeles we welcome an amazing food excellence from North-Western Italy: the White Truffle from Piedmont.

The White Truffle is a premium product renowned for his unique taste: it can be found a few inches under the ground in specific areas of Italy with a particular combination of fauna and geological substratum. The harvesting must be moderate and selective, because the Truffle Season is very short: from October to December only.

At Obicà we celebrate the Truffle Season with a Special Menu, available from November 15th to December 1st at Obicà Century City and Santa Monica.
