Starting Wednesday, May 14th in Italy, May 21st in the UK and France, and very soon in NYC, the new Summer Menu is arriving in all our restaurants - ready to take you on a trip to Italy with refined yet simple flavours, brought together in dishes that celebrate the very best of the Bel Paese.

When we first tried it with Rocket, Baby Spinach, Green Beans, Pine Nuts, Fresh Basil, and a Balsamic Vinegar from Modena IGP Reduction… we were left speechless too.

As the sun sets over Obicà’s boardwalk, the sky lights up with hues of yellow, orange, red, and pink: colors we hold close all year long to get us through the colder months.
And they’re the very same shades you’ll find in our Calamarata.
